The Healthy Handfuls Moms

Debbie Reynolds, a San Franciscan native, is focused on sales, creative marketing and new product development for Healthy Handfuls. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in International Relations. After graduation, she decided to follow her love for business and pursued a career in commercial real estate in San Francisco. She married in 1991 and worked until the birth of their first child in 1995. Sixteen months later, their second child was born. Never thinking of going back to work, she entrenched herself in local charitable organizations and her children's schools.

Debbie has been working on Healthy Handfuls with her sister and partner since May of 2002. She especially enjoys the creative aspects of the business; she named the company and loves new product development.

Gwen Solberg, a San Francisco native, is focused on the nutritional aspects of product development and a grass roots sales and marketing effort in Chicago. She is a graduate of the University of Southern California and attended the Annenberg School of Communication. After spending a few years in Los Angeles, she decided to pursue her love of business with a career in advertising and residential real estate in New York City. She married in 1993 and she and her husband moved to Chicago in 1995. Her two children were born in 1996 and 1999. Gwen is also very involved with charitable organizations and her children's schools.

Currently, she is focused on a city wide effort to get Healthy Handfuls into many kid friendly venues including museums and family clubs.
